Design and Construction Coordination services for several building projects in New England:
    • Turnpike House. A sustainable conversion project involving the transformation of a 70s-era home and pottery studio into a contemporary 2,500 ft² residence. Sustainable building practices and carbon accounting are integral to the design.
    • 236. Located with picturesque views of the Connecticut River Valley, this 2,000 ft² farmhouse expansion emphasizes coordination of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), storefront glazing, and long-span structural elements. The design aims for an open-plan lifestyle with a clear delineation of public and private spaces.
    • Home for a Retired Superhero. This ground-up construction project features a 1,000 ft² home crafted from regionally-specific materials. The client, having concluded a career involving UN-related agricultural assignments in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan, found a building site with sweeping agricultural vistas. The resulting design maintained a visual connection to their impactful past.
