The Future of Design & Development
Various CfOC Senior Research Fellows
New York, NY
Principal author and editor of The Future of Design & Delivery — a comprehensive web-based research platform articulating the philosophical, historical, and operational foundations of offsite construction.

The publication synthesizes essays, diagrams, and research roadmaps developed by the CfOC and its Senior Research Fellows, outlining the industry’s transition from Engineer-to-Order workflows toward a Configure-to-Order marketplace. Serves as the Center’s primary research dissemination platform, integrating theory, policy, and practice for academic and professional audiences.
