Technology Implimentation (BIM // VDC // Off Site // Modular)

Startup Aimed at Affordable Housing Solutions:
A startup with a focus on reducing both cost and carbon footprint to facilitate affordable housing. Key initiatives include the development of a modular kitchen, bathroom, and utility room product line tailored for IBC Type II & Type V construction classes. Pioneering as the first in the nation to offer Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for such products.

Strategic Collaborations:
  • Co-development of an installer network to mitigate adoption risks for Real Estate Developers, their General Contractors (GCs), and lenders.
  • Co-development of software designed to enhance the customer experience by creating a data-rich environment for the management of the installer network, on-site logistics, and interactions with lenders.

Funding Rounds:
  • 2023 Friends Round (~$150k).
  • Participation in the LaunchVT Accelerator 2023 Cohort.
  • Establisment of a Storefront Laboratory (143 Main Street, Brattleboro, VT, USA) in which to build early prototypes.
  • Upcoming 2024 Seed Round with a funding goal of $1.5M.
